Perfect Stack Tower
This policy explains what information the Android game Perfect Stack Tower (package com.akhmet.stack), developed by Akhmet T. (“we”), collects and how it is used. The game has no user accounts and we do not ask for your name, e-mail, contacts, photos or location.
1. Data stored only on your device
Your game progress — level, coins, stars, skins, boosters, daily quests, settings — is saved locally on your phone and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
2. Third-party services
The game uses the following Google services, which may collect information as described in their own policies:

3. Personalised ads and your consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before any ads are requested, using Google’s consent form. You can change your choice at any time in the game: Settings → Privacy settings. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your phone’s settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
4. Notifications
With your permission, the game shows a local reminder about the daily gift. It is scheduled on your device; no notification data is sent to us. You can turn notifications off in the phone’s app settings.
5. Data retention
We do not run our own servers and do not store your data. Data collected by Google services is kept according to their settings: Firebase Analytics event data for up to 14 months, Crashlytics reports for up to 90 days.
6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete data about you, or to object to its processing. Since we do not hold personal data ourselves, most requests are handled through the Google controls above; write to us and we will help.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

1. Данные, которые хранятся только на устройстве
Прогресс игры — уровень, монеты, звёзды, скины, бустеры, задания, настройки — сохраняется на телефоне и нам не передаётся. При удалении игры он удаляется.

3. Персонализированная реклама и согласие
Игрокам из ЕЭЗ, Великобритании и Швейцарии игра показывает форму согласия Google до загрузки рекламы. Изменить выбор можно в любой момент: Настройки → Конфиденциальность. Рекламный идентификатор можно сбросить или удалить в настройках телефона.
4. Уведомления
С вашего разрешения игра показывает локальное напоминание о подарке дня. Оно создаётся на устройстве, данные никуда не отправляются. Отключить уведомления можно в настройках телефона.
5. Срок хранения
У нас нет собственных серверов. Данные сервисов Google хранятся по их правилам: события Firebase Analytics — до 14 месяцев, отчёты Crashlytics — до 90 дней.
6. Дети
Игра не предназначена для детей младше 13 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем их данные. Если вы считаете, что ребёнок передал данные через игру, напишите нам.
7. Ваши права
В зависимости от страны (например, по GDPR) вы можете запросить доступ к данным, их исправление или удаление. Напишите нам — поможем.
8. Изменения
Новая версия политики публикуется на этой странице с новой датой.
